abroad...

"bakit kasi me abroad abroad pa?!" sabi yan ng pamangkin ko...

obviously, she misses her parents who are both abroad... i know how she feels and my heart cries with her... i remember when she was younger... both their parents are still back home with them... everytime we visit them, i can feel her excitement and joy when we arrive... right at arrival, she will already begin to beg that we stay longer... she hates goodbyes... she hates seeing people leave... i can't blame her for thinking "bakit kasi me abroad abroad pa?!"... she is smart, she totally understands the need for her parents to go abroad and she doesn't hate them for leaving them coz she understands... but then again... she sometimes still cries and ask... just herself... "bakit kasi me abroad abroad pa?!"... she is actually not waiting for answers...its just her way of saying... she misses her parents...

actually, minsan (or shall i say, madalas?) sinasabi ko din yan sa sarili ko... it's a too childish question i know... but hey, anak lang din ako... i miss my parents, i miss my family...
