movie marathon...

"any plans this weekend"?

more than 6 people asked me that question yesterday... well, not a surprise... its a "friday thing"... its like its carved in everyone's tongue and programmed to be a dialogue starter every friday...

and, as expected of an auditor... i have been very consistent with my response: we're doing a movie marathon...

true enough, we did...

just a bit of a background, i have been thinking about this since the other week... i wanted to see bourne identity and bourne supremacy again in time for bourne ultimatum... i've seen those movies before but i just want to see them again... then, an addition to the list will be the illusionist which david suggested we should watch...

when i woke up today, this was still the plan... about half an hour later though, i just found myself waiting for a bus to ashfield... what?! bit of a change... now, i wanted to do 5 filipino movies!!! so then i hurried to the masagana store and grabbed dvds...

movie started around 1 pm and just ended about half an hour ago....

1. Eternity - Dingdong and Iza... story about forbidden love...
2. Ang Cute ng Ina mo - Ai Ai, Luis and Anne ---- sobrang nakakatuwa!!!! 5 stars!!!
3. Paano kita iibigin - Piolo and Regine --- highlights volatility of emotion! girls, don't love guys too much... "they might not get there"...
4. Enteng Kabisote - Vic and Kristine --- also so funny, if you're a fan of OKFK, you'll love it!
5. Kasal, Kasali, Kasalo - Ryan and Juday --- those planning to get married, watch this!

it was definitely a very relaxing saturday...
