i know i shouldn't have... but i did... i raised my voice and i walked out...
it was a heated argument with my senior manager... i din't mean to disrespect her...
it just happened...
i usually don't complain, i am good at holding them to remain calm...
but when its time to burst out... it just explodes uncontrollably... its awful...
i'm so sad...
